Mesclun mix

Red mustard, mizuna, tatsoi, kale, and arugula make up this zesty combination.  Our mesclun mix is a great blend of spicy and mild flavors.

Keep mesclun mix in a plastic bag or covered plastic/glass container in the refrigerator. We wash and dry all of our greens, so they're ready to enjoy.

Mesclun's bold flavors work really well with foods that are rich and fatty such as cheeses and nuts.  

Cooking with them will tone down their intensity.
