Microgreens are absolutely one of our favorite foods for their flavor, nutritional density, convenience, and versatility. Microgreens are the vegetable condiment: you can add them to almost any kind of dish for a subtle hit of flavor and texture and a serious punch of nutrition.
Keep micros in their clamshell/plastic container in the refrigerator. We wash and dry all of our greens, so they're ready to enjoy!
Broccoli, radish, zesty salad mix, and red cabbage are our staple micro varieties. Each has a similar nutritional and flavor profile to their adult counterpart. Add them to a sandwich, wrap, smoothie, or burger, or use as the base of a salad. We also love to add them to soups, pastas, or almost any hot dish at the last moment.
